Current ESTI fees in accordance with the Ordinance on ESTI (SR 734.24)

In accordance with the Ordinance on the Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations, ESTI raises the following fees for its activities (SR 734.24). 

Mandatory fees must be paid by anyone triggering an activity by the Inspectorate.

The owner of an installation or the person bringing electrical products into circulation is liable to pay fees in relation to activities carried out by the inspectorate within the scope of the supervision of electrical installations.¹

The liability to pay for activities carried out by the Inspectorate in relation to compulsory acquisition proceedings is regulated in the compulsory acquisition order. Expenses will be charged to the person liable to pay fees.
